Aveland Court Care Home

Aveland Court is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 30 older people, some of whom are living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 19 people were using the service. Staff knew residents well and understood their individual needs and preferences, delivering person-centred care. People received their medicines safely and as prescribed. However, improvements were needed in relation to guidance for 'as and when' medicines and the recording of medicines delivered through patches.
