Inspectors found the service had made significant improvements since the last inspection, with the manager and provider fostering an open culture of learning from incidents and events. The environment was clean and well-maintained with recent refurbishment in parts of the building.

Care provided was person-centred and tailored to individual needs and preferences. Staffing levels were sufficient to deliver timely support to residents. While adequate systems existed to manage and mitigate risks to people, inspectors recommended reviewing and updating risk assessments to provide clearer guidance for staff.

They also recommended that care records better reflect residents' decisions and choices, including information to support them at the end of life.
