Care provided was person-centred and tailored to individual needs and preferences. Staffing levels were sufficient to deliver timely support to residents. While adequate systems existed to manage and mitigate risks to people, inspectors recommended reviewing and updating risk assessments to provide clearer guidance for staff. They also recommended that care records better reflect residents' decisions and choices, including information to support them at the end of life.
