Clough House

Clough House accommodates up to 14 adults in residential care, providing personal care to people living with dementia, mental health needs, and physical care requirements. At inspection, all 14 places were occupied.

Residents reported feeling safe, with staff demonstrating clear understanding of how to recognise, respond to, and report concerns about abuse and avoidable harm. Risk assessments were in place to monitor and minimise potential risks during care delivery. Medicines were safely managed and administered as prescribed. Staff had been safely recruited and received training in infection prevention and control.
