28a King Henrys Walk provides respite residential care and support for up to 10 people with learning disabilities and complex needs. The service is run by Islington Council and accommodates over 50 people for short stays, with two beds kept available for emergency placements. The home is designed around values of choice, independence and inclusion, enabling people with learning disabilities and autism to live as ordinarily as any citizen.
The service remained rated Good at inspection. Staff support residents with their daily lives while promoting their ability to make choices and participate in community activities.
