Isabel Court

Isabel Court provides short-break respite care for up to three people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities. At inspection, two people were residing at the service. Staff maintained strong infection control practices, including appropriate use of personal protective equipment and enhanced cleaning protocols aligned with government guidance.

The service had a robust business continuity plan with clear procedures for managing potential infection outbreaks, including designated isolation areas to prevent spread. Residents were supported to engage in activities tailored to their interests, including listening to music, watching television, and reading, with staff available to facilitate outdoor time when desired.
