Irchester 170

Irchester 170 is a residential service in North Northamptonshire providing accommodation and personal care for people with learning disabilities and/or autism. At the time of inspection, six people lived at the home, which is now rated Good overall, having previously been in Special Measures.

Inspectors found significant improvements since the last inspection, particularly in staff training, safeguarding practice, and how incidents were reviewed and learned from. Staff were observed treating people with kindness, patience and respect, and relatives reported noticeable progress in leadership, care and opportunities for community activities.
