Inspectors identified significant concerns about risk management and monitoring. Assessments of potential risks such as falls and long-term health conditions were not routinely monitored, meaning staff could not intervene promptly if residents' conditions deteriorated. This gap in monitoring posed potential risks to residents' health, safety, and welfare.

Medicines were stored and administered safely by appropriately skilled staff. However, records for PRN medications (medicines prescribed to be given as needed) were not consistently maintained, creating gaps in documentation of medicine use.
