Hurst Park Court

Hurst Park Court is a residential care home in Knowsley providing support to older people, including those living with dementia, for up to 41 people. The CQC rated the service good overall, finding that previous breaches relating to consent, safe care and treatment, and governance had been resolved.

Inspectors found people were kept safe, well cared for and supported by enough suitably skilled staff, with medicines managed well. The environment was clean and had been improved, though some further adaptations for people living with dementia were still planned. Feedback from people and relatives was positive, describing staff as caring and attentive.
