Hurst Green Road

Hurst Green Road provides personal care for up to four people with learning disabilities or autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, three people were living at the service. A person and relative told inspectors they felt people were safe at Hurst Green Road. The registered manager and staff demonstrated good understanding of how to protect people from abuse and knew the procedures for reporting concerns. Staff showed strong knowledge of risks associated with people's care needs and how to support them appropriately.
