During inspection, the bungalows were clean and tidy, and the environment met people's needs.

The service prioritizes safety and wellbeing. People felt safe and were protected from harm, with risks associated with their care properly assessed and managed. Staff were recruited safely and received training to carry out their roles effectively.

Medicine management was safe, and residents had access to health professionals when needed.
