The home accessed government testing schemes, which helped identify outbreaks quickly.

People were encouraged to spend time in their rooms while maintaining safe access to communal areas with social distancing and PPE use. Information was provided in accessible formats so residents understood COVID-19 risks and safety requirements. Electronic devices facilitated video calls and messaging with relatives and people living in the provider's other homes, maintaining established social links during the outbreak.
