This small care home provides accommodation and personal care support for up to five adults with learning disabilities, autism, and enduring mental health conditions. At inspection, five people were living at the service. People received their medicines as prescribed, though discrepancies were found in medication records regarding how medicines should be administered. The registered manager's medicines audit had not identified these issues before inspection. The home maintains safeguarding procedures to protect people from abuse and conducts assessments of physical health and safety risks with appropriate mitigation measures in place. The physical environment is safe and suitable, with health and safety systems properly maintained. Staff numbers are sufficient to meet people's needs, and safe recruitment procedures are followed. Records of incidents and accidents are maintained and reviewed by the registered manager, with staff receiving appropriate support in their roles.
