About Holmfield Care
Holmfield Care provides personal care to up to 24 older people, some of whom live with dementia. At inspection, 21 people were using the service. People receive care and support tailored to their individual needs within a positive, person-centred culture. Both residents and staff spoke highly of the service and its management. Medicines are managed safely, with controlled medications recorded correctly. The registered manager acknowledged the need to address the warm temperature in the medicines room.
