Holly House Residential Home

Holly House Residential Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 28 older people, including those living with dementia. The CQC rated the home Good overall. Inspectors found risks to people were generally well assessed and managed, staffing levels were sufficient and skilled, and care plans were up to date and reflected individual needs, developed with people and their families.

However, inspectors noted some environmental risks had not always been identified, staff did not always support safe moving and handling, and people's privacy, dignity and choice were not always fully respected. Relatives spoke positively, describing staff as caring and understanding, and said their family members were safe and well known to the team.
