Collingtree Park

Collingtree Park is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 79 people, with 47 residents at the time of inspection. The service supports older people, some living with dementia. Staff understand each person's individual needs and risks.

People are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests. Residents are supported to maintain a healthy diet and have access to healthcare professionals when needed. People are happy with the support they receive.
