Collingtree Park

Collingtree Park is a care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 79 people, including those with nursing needs, with 49 people living there at the time of the assessment. The CQC rated the home good overall, finding risks well managed, staff trained and supported, and systems in place to protect people from abuse. People said they felt safe and were listened to when raising concerns.

Inspectors noted staff sometimes focused on completing tasks rather than the individual, and a few people wanted more community outings and greater choice on the food menu. The provider had responded to feedback, for example by arranging transport for outings. Overall, the home was found to be caring, effective, responsive and well-led.
