Hinstock Manor provides nursing and personal care for 51 people aged 65 and over, many living with dementia. The home operates across two floors with two separate wings, each featuring communal dining rooms and lounges on the first floor. At inspection, 44 residents were living at the home.

The home demonstrated strong infection control practices. Robust visitor checks included an electronic device that verified correct mask wearing and recorded temperatures, alongside vaccination passport and COVID-19 testing verification. A hand-washing sink was conveniently positioned at the main entrance. Residents had access to a separate visiting pod enabling safe visits from family members. Staff received infection control training through quizzes, which they were encouraged to share with their families to promote safe hygiene practices throughout the community.
