Staff support people to have maximum choice and control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible, with policies and systems in place to ensure this practice. Staff have received safeguarding training and understand their responsibilities, and risks to individuals, staff and the environment are identified and well managed.

Safe recruitment systems are in place. Feedback regarding staffing levels was mixed, though the provider had recently taken action to improve the situation.
