Highcroft Care Home

This care home provides personal care to older people living with dementia, accommodating up to 23 residents across two floors. At the time of inspection, 22 people were using the service.

Inspectors observed positive engagements between staff and residents. People and their relatives reported that staff looked after them well. Medicines were managed effectively, with staff trained in administration and clear policies and procedures in place. Medicine Administration Records showed no unexplained gaps.
