High View Residential Unit

Highview Residential Unit provides accommodation for up to seven people with brain injuries primarily acquired through substance misuse. All seven places were occupied at the time of inspection.

The service has made significant improvements since the last inspection. Staff now receive regular supervision, appraisal, and training support. The registered manager has strengthened quality assurance systems to ensure care plans are reviewed regularly and improvements are identified promptly.
