Frithwood Nursing Home

Frithwood Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 26 residents, all over 65 years old, with some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, the home was operating at full capacity.

Inspectors found that the provider did not always ensure risk management plans were in place to guide staff on how to mitigate identified risks related to residents' health and wellbeing. This gap in documentation meant staff lacked clear guidance on protecting vulnerable residents from potential harms.
