HF Trust - Phillippines Close

HF Trust - Philippines Close provides residential care for up to 16 people with learning disabilities and/or autism, some of whom also have physical disabilities. The service operates two separate houses on a shared site with a day service, offices and supported living accommodation. At the time of inspection, 14 people were living at the service.

People felt safe at the service, and relatives expressed satisfaction with the care their loved ones received. Staff demonstrated knowledge of how to recognise signs of abuse and understood reporting procedures. The registered manager was aware of their responsibilities and had appropriately reported concerns to the local authority.
