Heron View Care Home

Heron View Care Home provides nursing and personal care to 35 people with mental health needs, neurocognitive conditions and acquired brain injury. Staff demonstrated strong safeguarding knowledge and understood how to report concerns to appropriate agencies. They received training to manage safety risks effectively and showed good awareness of potential hazards to residents' wellbeing.

The service maintains clean and hygienic environments with staff following current infection control and hygiene practices.
