The home maintains suitable infection control practices and is clean. Recruitment checks, including nursing registrations, ensure staff suitability, and staffing levels are adequate to support residents safely.

The provider has completed health and safety checks, though some window restrictors required adjustment to reduce falls risk. Water safety checks were carried out, but a comprehensive assessment to identify all water safety risks had not been completed. The provider committed to making immediate improvements.
