Heaton House

Heaton House is a residential therapeutic placement for up to four children under 18 with emotional and mental health needs. At the time of inspection, three children were living at the home. The provider, Nestlings Care Ltd, is registered with the Care Quality Commission for carrying out treatment of disease, disorder or injury.

Children told inspectors they felt included in their care and understood their treatment plans. They reported feeling able to raise concerns when needed. The home had recently undergone refurbishments, which children spoke positively about. Children had choices about what they ate and took an active role in choosing their daily activities.
