Heathlands Care Centre

Heathlands Care Centre is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to up to 46 people, though 15 were using the service at inspection. It supports older people including those with dementia and other mental health needs across two floors.

While changes had been made to improve the quality and safety of care, insufficient time had passed to demonstrate sustained improvements. Staff were not always provided with clear guidance about how to manage risks for people, and care plans contained inaccurate and contradictory information.
