Heanor Park Care Home

This residential care home provides personal care for older people, with capacity for 60 residents. At inspection, 29 people were living there. The home features four separate living environments, each with its own seating areas, kitchen, and themed room including a shop, cinema and library. Six self-contained studio bedrooms on the second floor offer supported living accommodation. All bedrooms are en-suite, and ground floor rooms have access to a private patio. An enclosed landscaped garden is available on the ground floor.

Staff had developed positive and caring relationships with residents, who described them as compassionate. People felt valued and had formed meaningful connections with staff members.
