Inspectors found gaps in maintenance and fire safety that also affected infection control, along with concerns about medicines management and staffing levels.

Feedback on food quality was poor, and some people said they were not always treated with dignity and respect. Little meaningful activity was seen, with people often sitting unstimulated, and care plans lacked detail on individual preferences. Governance systems were not effective enough to identify and correct these shortfalls.
