Haydon View Residential Home

Haydon View provides personal care for up to 27 people, primarily older adults including those living with dementia or physical disabilities. At inspection, 23 people were using the service.

People described their care as extremely kind and caring. The home maintained high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, with staff consistently following infection control procedures. Staff demonstrated good medicines management, and the provider had made significant improvements since the previous inspection. Risks were properly assessed and managed to keep people safe, with all incidents appropriately recorded.
