Elm Bank Care Home

Elm Bank Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for up to 48 people across three floors, with 27 residents living there at the time of inspection. People and their relatives spoke very positively about the care they received, describing staff as "lovely," "wonderful" and "perfect." Relatives praised staff for being "very understanding and respectful of people's needs" and expressed strong trust in both the staff team and management. Residents felt very safe at the home.

The home maintained adequate staffing levels to meet people's needs safely. Infection prevention and control systems followed government guidance to minimise the impact of Covid-19, with risks properly assessed and steps taken to address them.
