About Hatton Grove

Hatton Grove is a residential care home in Hillingdon, providing accommodation and personal care for adults with a learning disability. Details of the most recent CQC assessment are set out below.

Hatton Grove is a care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 20 adults with a learning disability, without nursing support. At the time of assessment 18 people were living there. The CQC rated the home as Requires Improvement, finding that the environment was not always safely maintained or clean, medicines were not always managed safely, and quality monitoring systems had not picked up these issues.

Inspectors also found positives: people received personalised, good quality care and had strong relationships with staff who knew them well. Relatives felt people were safe, well-treated and supported to access activities and other health services in their community.
