Hatfield Haven

Hatfield Haven accommodates up to 22 older people, some living with dementia, across two floors. At the time of inspection, 21 residents were living there. A new manager had recently been appointed and applied for registration with CQC.

During the inspection, improvements were evident since the previous visit in 2015. The provider and management team had addressed earlier concerns, with residents speaking positively about the care they received.
