People and their relatives praised the care provided, describing the home as homely and welcoming. One family member shared, "We choose this place because it's definitely homely not like a hotel. The staff are so friendly and staff are responsive to our concerns if we have any.

" The service had effective systems in place to safeguard people from abuse, and risk management processes were well-established throughout the home.
