Ashlyn Care Home

This residential care home accommodates up to 60 older people across two floors, with the first floor primarily serving those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 56 people were residents. The home provides communal spaces including dining rooms and lounges to support daily activities and social engagement.

People and their relatives praised the care provided, describing the home as homely and welcoming. One family member shared, "We choose this place because it's definitely homely not like a hotel. The staff are so friendly and staff are responsive to our concerns if we have any." The service had effective systems in place to safeguard people from abuse, and risk management processes were well-established throughout the home.
