Staff facilitated visits safely, including outdoor visits and specially screened visits accessed through an external ground floor door. The manager had clear isolation protocols in place for COVID-19, with good supplies of personal protective equipment stationed throughout the home. Visitors underwent health screening and lateral flow testing, with hand-washing facilities available at the entrance. Staff had received training on pandemic safety measures, and both staff and residents were regularly tested for COVID-19.
