This residential care home accommodates up to 20 older people, with 15 residents living there at the time of inspection. Staff did not always deliver care safely, and individual risk information was not consistently recorded in ways that ensured people's protection. The home lacked suitable arrangements for the safe management of medicines, and staffing levels and deployment were insufficient to meet residents' care and support needs. Training was not always kept up to date, and the premises did not adequately meet all residents' needs. When issues arose, lessons were not learned and improvements were not implemented to prevent problems recurring. Residents were not adequately protected by safeguarding procedures.
