The home is located close to the promenade and transport routes, with accommodation spread across three levels offering single occupancy bedrooms. The management team were developing strategies and information to better guide staff in managing and maintaining each person's safety.

People felt safe at the home, and the provider had systems in place to protect residents against the risk of abuse. Staff numbers were sufficient to meet care needs.
