Greengate House

Greengate House accommodates 14 people with mental health needs and provides personal care support. The service prioritises maintaining residents' connections with family through regular visits and other forms of communication, with systems in place to prevent infection transmission during visits. Staff work with residents who wish to access the community, implementing safety measures to manage risks appropriately. The registered manager and staff maintain regular communication with family members to keep them informed about residents' wellbeing and care.
