Sherdley Court

Sherdley Court, operated by Making Space, a not-for-profit mental health organisation, provides accommodation and personal care to 25 residents with functional mental illness diagnoses, some of whom have also developed dementia. Risks to residents' health and wellbeing are properly assessed, and staff have access to the information needed to support people safely. Staff respond promptly to changes in residents' health and proactively contact relevant health and social care professionals for advice and guidance when needed.
