Green Lanes

Green Lanes accommodates up to seven people with learning disabilities and physical disabilities across two floors. At the time of inspection, the home was fully occupied, with residents having lived there for some time. The service provides shared access to communal rooms and bathrooms.

Staff encourage residents' choices and independence, promoting participation within the local community. While the home was not originally designed in line with best practice guidance emphasizing choice and inclusion, this approach is now being supported. Inspectors found the service continues to provide good quality care with no evidence of serious risks or concerns.
