Granville Lodge

Granville Lodge provides personal and nursing care for up to 81 people, with 76 residents currently living at the service. All staff understand their responsibility to keep people safe, with assessed risks and appropriate actions in place. Staffing levels are sufficient to provide safe care and support, and thorough checks are carried out on all staff before employment.

Medicines are well managed and people receive their prescribed medications as planned. The two registered managers are knowledgeable and enthusiastic, feeling well supported in their roles. Staff work together as a cohesive team, delivering person-centred care that helps people achieve their potential. A programme of audits helps the management team identify and address any shortfalls.
