Grandsmere Place is a care home providing personal care for up to seven people with learning disabilities and/or autism. Three people were living there when the CQC assessed the service, which is rated Good overall. Inspectors found safe and effective processes in place, with risks to people's health and safety well managed, and staff recruited and trained appropriately.

The assessment found a positive staff culture focused on teamwork and putting people first, with staff supporting individuals to make choices and build independence. People and relatives told inspectors they felt safe and well cared for, describing staff as kind, consistent and responsive to changing needs.
