Georgian House

Georgian House provides accommodation and personal care for up to 43 people with physical and mental health needs, currently caring for 33 residents. The majority of people living at the home told inspectors they felt safe and happy, praising staff as kind and caring. Most relatives also expressed confidence in their loved ones' safety. However, two relatives raised concerns about the quality of care and management, with these matters being addressed through formal complaints and safeguarding procedures. The home supports several residents with learning disabilities and autistic people, and inspectors assessed the service against current statutory guidance for supporting these groups.
