Garden Lodge

Garden Lodge is a residential care home providing personal care for up to eight people with learning disabilities and autism. At inspection, seven people were using the service. Staff focus on people's strengths and promote what they can do, ensuring fulfilling and meaningful lives. People are supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible and in people's best interests. The home maintains a safe and clean environment that meets residents' sensory and physical needs, and staff communicate with people in ways tailored to their individual requirements. Staff provide kind and compassionate care while protecting and respecting people's privacy and dignity. The service demonstrates commitment to supporting decision-making following best practice, enabling residents to make informed choices about their care and daily lives.
