Fullwood House

Fullwood House provides accommodation and care for up to ten adults, including younger and older people with mental health conditions and learning disabilities. The service operates from one adapted building where staff assess and manage risks to people's health, safety and welfare through established systems. People are involved in developing their own support plans with their assigned key worker.

Care is delivered safely, with staff implementing infection prevention and control procedures in line with current government guidance. People receive their prescribed medicines following detailed staff guidance to ensure medicines are administered correctly.
