Chilwell House

Chilwell House provides personal care to up to 15 people with mental health needs in a residential setting. The service includes a main building and flats on the same site, with each bedroom featuring ensuite facilities. Residents and relatives benefit from a shared accessible garden with several seating areas.

People and their relatives reported feeling safe at the service. Staff recruitment followed safe procedures with sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs. Medicines were managed safely, and identified risks were properly addressed.
