Foylebank Care Home

Foylebank Care Home provides personal care and support for people who need help with daily living, including older people and those with additional care needs. The CQC assessed the home after receiving information of concern, and found it continues to be rated Good overall.

Inspectors found people felt safe and were involved in decisions about their care. There were enough suitably trained staff, risks were regularly reviewed, and information was shared appropriately with health professionals. Management sought feedback from people and relatives, using it to drive ongoing improvements.
