Four Oaks Care Home

The home is a spacious purpose-built care facility with 62 en-suite bedrooms, many with private patios opening onto gardens, accommodating 61 residents requiring nursing, dementia, residential, or respite care. Visitors are facilitated through pre-booking and can visit residents in their rooms without interacting with other residents, with unrestricted visiting times. The extensive gardens provide additional visiting spaces when weather permits.

Staff were observed supporting residents with activities and personal care using appropriate safety measures, including full personal protective equipment. Stocks of PPE were well-maintained and staff used and disposed of equipment correctly throughout the home.
