Field House Care Home

Field House Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 35 people, primarily older people including those living with dementia, though it can also support younger people with medical conditions. At the time of inspection, 27 people were using the service.

Staff did not always provide respectful, dignified care. People's end of life care plans lacked personalisation, and inspectors observed a lack of meaningful activity during visits. While discussions with staff, people and relatives suggested some were satisfied with available activities or chose not to participate, these concerns indicate areas requiring improvement in the quality of care and engagement provided.
