Fairfield Care provides supported living and outreach services to children and adults with complex care needs and learning difficulties, enabling people to live in their own homes with community support. At the time of inspection, 11 people were receiving support. Medication procedures had significantly improved, with all staff receiving administration training and regular competency reviews. Staff had access to up-to-date policies and understood the importance of compliance.

Relatives confirmed that the service provided high-quality, person-centred care. Care records contained up-to-date, relevant and consistent information about support needs and areas of risk requiring safe management. People were protected from harm and abuse, with staff receiving safeguarding training and understanding how to report concerns.
