About Elliscombe House
Elliscombe House provides nursing and residential care for up to 35 older people, though 14 were using the service at the time of inspection. People told inspectors they enjoyed living there and were supported by kind, caring staff who promoted their independence and dignity. The home was well-led, with the registered manager receiving praise from residents, relatives and staff.
People were supported safely, with risks properly identified and managed. Medicines were administered safely and people's health needs were met. Residents were involved in making decisions about their care.
