Ellis House

Ellis House is a residential care home in Staffordshire for older and younger adults with mental health needs, sensory impairment, physical disabilities, and for people with a learning disability and autistic people. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding safe, consistent staffing, personalised care and strong, values-driven leadership. Some improvements were needed around medicines storage and training records, but inspectors found the provider acted promptly to strengthen systems.

Relatives described staff as kind, respectful and attentive, praising continuity of staffing and support to build independence and confidence. Families said they felt involved in care planning and had confidence in the approachable management team, describing their relatives as safe, happy and well cared for.
