Eleighwater House

Eleighwater House provides personal care to eight people aged 65 and over, with accommodation arranged over two floors. A stair lift provides access to four bedrooms on the first floor, with four additional bedrooms on the ground floor. The home sits within extensive grounds in a rural location.

People felt safe and well cared for, describing themselves as comfortable and relaxed with the staff who supported them. Observations reinforced these positive relationships. Risk assessments were carried out to ensure people received their care safely within a secure environment, and staff supported people to have maximum choice and control over their lives.
