Eleighwater House

Eleighwater House provides personal care and accommodation for up to 8 older people. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding staff who knew residents well, offered personalised support, and respected choices and routines. Residents and relatives spoke highly of the care, describing staff as friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

Inspectors did note some risk assessments lacked full detail on mitigating actions, and staff training was not always complete. These shortfalls were addressed during the assessment and were not found to have affected people's care. Staffing levels were sufficient, and people said they felt safe and confident raising concerns.
